by will of John Cooper, Highgate, Middx, deceased, of 21 October 1817, Jane Cooper Cooper, one of five daughters of William Dodge Cooper Cooper and Elizabeth, is 21 and is entitled to one fifth part of £30,000 on death of parents, or earlier if so provided by deed, but is incapable of making any disposition of her share.
So is agreed that if she dieds and her share devolves upon i) as next of kin, they will dispose of it as requested by ii)
