    i) John Cooper, Philpot Lane, London, gent ii) Edward Edwards, Fredericks Place, Old Jewry, Official Assignee iii) Henry Featherstonhaugh Wooster, Paradise Row, Rotherhithe, Surrey, gent; Thomas Scott, jnr, Ramsgate, Kent, Esq (creditors assignees of the estate of Thomas Wooster, and Thomas Wooster, jnr, late of the Coal Exchange, London, coal factors, bankrupts) on 1 March 1838 John Cooper assigned to William Dodge Cooper Cooper his interest undeer the will of Thomas Cooper upon trust to secure £1150 payable to W D C Cooper. John Cooper is indebted to the estate of Thomas Wooster, senr and jnr, in £1735 2s 8d and interest which he is unable to pay. He has, therefore, proposed to iii) to pay £250, by an assignment of his interest under said will, (subject to W D C Cooper's security) which has been agreed to. Now i) assigns to ii) and iii) in trust - 1/12 part of share in estate of Thomas Cooper deceased. signed i) 30 December 1840 endorsed receipt by ii) of £250 25 March 1844
