    Information of PC Watts stationed at Sandy that Joseph Gourby, Dealer of Blunham was putting up a swing and fixing a canvas for the purpose of 'throwing at coconuts'. He also had a van and a hack and was causing an obstruction to the highway. Thomas Crawley, Roadman of Sandy reported the crowd near the Assembly Rooms and a number of stalls blocking the highway and that Rev J Richardson could not pass through on his tricycle until way was made for him.
