Summons issued to Annie Leveridge, Married woman, and Charles Leveridge, Rag and Bone Merchant of Sun Street, Biggleswade for unlawfully and knowingly by certain false pretences obtain from Alfred Harry Browning a quantity of scrap paper, rage, rubber tube, lawn marker, oil drums, scrap metal, 1 grass curtain rod and rings, 2 pails, 2 pair shears, part of a copper copper, iron rake and hinge, of the total value of 5/- the property of the said Alfred Harry Browning with intent to defraud him of the same.
