Hen Darby for £10,000 before sale was completed a suit Hunt v Price was brought in Chancery by certain people interested under the will of Wm Davenport, dec, for which Jos Edw Price, dec, was exor Was decided that proceeds of sale should be div into 2, half to plaintiffs in suit and half to Price family. Darby's costs to be pd by Price family (£135 19s).
