Hen Darby for £10,000 before sale was completed a suit Hunt v Price was brought in Chancery by certain people interested under the will of Wm Davenport, dec, for which Jos Edw Price, dec, was exor Was decided that proceeds of sale should be div into 2, half to plaintiffs in suit and half to Price family. Darby's costs to be pd by Price family (£135 19s). This order slightly varied. amt to be divided by ii) as trustees - £4696 2s 8d (£939 4s 7d each now i) release and discharge ii) from the prems assured by indenture of 10 Dec 1858 and all proceeds of the sale thereof sigs i) Endorsed wits Thos Hughes, sol, Wrexham Jos Cooper, his clk G S Roper Jesse N Hibon Wm Jones, Liverpool Eliza Jones (NOTE: The Rev Hen Baugh was incumbent of Kempston from 1888 - 1895)
