    i) Bedfordshire County Council ii) Willington Parish Council reciting that i) has acquired the undermentioned land for the purpose of leasing it to ii) as allotments now i) demises to ii) - piece of land (18a 1r 21p) being no 52 on O S map, 1902, edition (as on plan attached) Except and reserving to i), in common with ii), the use of all springs, timber, minerals, sand etc. With right of i) to enter land for these purposes. Excepting also the game rights, which are reserved to i) Term - 14 years less 3 days, from 11 October 1922 Rent - £78 2s 6d p.a. payable half yearly Various covenants including requirement that no building on the premises shall be used for the sale of intoxicating liquors and that they will perform all covenants in lease of 4 December 1922 between Frederick and the County Council. With note that the lease under which i) holds the land expires on 29 September 1936 Seal of i) and signatures of 2 members in the presence of J B Graham, Deputy Clerk of the County Council 28 September 1922 With memoranda: 1) that on 25 March 1925, Frederick Ray resumed possession of 3r. Rent reduced to £74 18s 8d 2) that on 25 March 1927 Frederick Ray will resume possession of 1a 2r and an additional 1r. Suitable fences to be erected. Rent to be reduced to £67 10s 3) that on 25 March 1929 Frederick Ray will resume possession of 1a 2r. Rent to be reduced to £61 2s 6d 4) that on 25 March 1931 Frederick Ray will resume possession of 1a 2r. Rent to be reduced to £54 15s 5) that on 29 September 1932 Frederick Ray will resume possession of about 1a. Rent to be reduced to £50 10s 6) that on 29 September 1934 Frederick Ray will resume possession of half an acre. Rent to be reduced to £48 7s 6d 7) that on 29 September 1935 Frederick Ray will resume possession of 1½a. Rent to be reduced to £42.
