    i) William Dodge Cooper Cooper of Toddington Manor, Esq., and Elizabeth his wife, with the consent of William Smith Cowper Cooper of Toddington Park, Esq. ii) The Minister and Churchwardens of Toddington and their successors. Conveyance by i) to ii) under the Acts of Parliament for the conveyance and endowment of sites for schools, of - a small plot of land at Toddington (1r. 11p.) as shown in a plan attached. Trusts include: A. to permit buildings erected on the site to be used for a school for the education of children and adults, or children only, of the labouring, manufacturing, and other poorer classes in the parish. B. School to be open to inspection of H.M. Inspector of Schools. C. School to be conducted in accordance with the principles of the National Society. Other trusts recited in deed.
