    i) Ralph Stuart Bond of 98 Piccadilly, London, solicitor ii) St.Albans Diocesan Board of Finance Reciting that Maud Bond, daughter of the late George Denbigh Hicks was born on 19 February 1866 at Denbigh House, Toddington, and was married to i) at Toddington on 30 May 1900; she died on 20 July 1926. Whereas i) is desirous to perpetuate his wife's memory, and to provide for the continuance of her custom of giving to the poor of the parish at Christmas, and he has transferred to ii) the sum of £334 local loans stock held by the Board upon the following trusts: 1. Endowment to be known as the Maud Bond Christmas Fund 2. Dividends to be paid to the Rector on 10th December annually and to be applied by him to purchase coal or other fuel, blankets, tea or other groceries as the Rector shall think most suitable at the time and to be distributed in the week preceding Christmas Day in each year among aged, sick, infirm or needy members of the Church of England residing in the parish of Toddington, females to have preference over males, and priority to be given to those who personally knew Maud Bond 3. Receipt of the Rector to be discharge to ii) for income of the fund 4.
