    i) Charles Foster Ritchie, Secretary of the Board of Charity Commissioners for England and Wales, as The Official Trustee of Charity Lands ii) Canon Frederick Cyril Nugent Hicks; George Foxon, retired farmer; William Anderson of Old Park Farm, farmer; Harry Fletcher, jun., farmer; Richard Norman Attwood, farmer; John Page, insurance agent; John Hunt, jun., of Alma Farm, farmer; and Ralph Frankland Morris Fawcett, Medical Practitioner - all of Toddington; as Trustees of the Toddington United Almshouse Charities iii) Toddington Parochial Church Council iv) St.Albans Diocesan Board of Finance Reciting that premises below are part of the property of ii); that by Charity Commission schemes dated 29 January 1897 and 13 April 1915 the legal estate in the said property was vested in i) in trust for the charities; that by an order of the Board of Charity Commissioners dated 10 January 1922 ii) were authorised to sell the property for not less than £260; and that ii) have agreed to iii) and iv) have agreed to accept a conveyance thereof NOW In consideration of £260 paid by iii) to ii), i) and ii) convey to iv) [in trust for iii)] - all those 2 cottages and outbuildings together with shed used as a Fire Engine Station and the pieces of garden ground situate adjoining the Town Hall in Toddington Sketch PLAN (scale 1/2500) pinned to deed Copy signatures: all parties
