- piece of land situate at rear of Village Hall, High Street, being part of Sugar Loaf (as on plan on deed)
- right of way over roadway shown on plan subject to proportion of cost of maintaining road with benefit of, as regards field known as Punch, the rights granted by and conditions in agreements of 28 August 1946 and 19 September 1934
Also, as regards roadway, the easements etc contained in deeds of 18 October 1960 and 26 April 1974
Also, as to other land shown on plan, rights of way, drainage, light and support as now exists
With covenant that ii) shall erect fence at back of property (as shown on plan)
ii) will not interfere with i)'s enjoyment of his adjoining property
i) acknowledge's right of ii) to documents mentioned in schedule
