for £3 10s a year that
1) Mr Negus has the herbage of the recreation ground in Leighton Street known as Pump Willow
2) the council will pay all taxes and will have the power to let the ground to shows and circuses
3) sheep only to be turned on the field until the end of September, then cattle if Mr Negus thinks well, but no horses
4) the gate to be left so that Bathchairs and other carriages of a like nature can enter from 9am to 9pm from April to September and 9am to 4pm from October to March
5) a right of way exists to other fields and Mr Negus to arrange with other tenants the key to the gate
