i) gives consent to the execution by ii) of the works described in the schedule, at Meppershall, as shown on plan attached
Various agreements as to replacement of damage, access to the land etc
ii) to pay to i) 2s 6d p.a. for each pole
If i) require the land for any purpose necessitating removal of said works, then ii), if 6 months notice given, shall divert works to another position
Agreement to remain in force for 21 years
