    Report of PC Joseph Cross stationed at Biggleswade who was on duty in High Street Biggleswade when he saw Edwin C Salkeld singing and making a great noise. He was drunk and there were about 100 people round him. He was causing a great disturbance. PC Cross took him into custody after previously cautioning him. List of convictions for being drunk and disorderly in Kent with letter from the Chief Constable of Kent in Gravesend. Fine and Costs 9/-. 14 days hard labour.
