From: Robert How, Luton; To: Thomas Sworder "The House connected with Old Brewery lately occupied by Mr.Wingrave and previously by Mr.Ironmonger as [sic] been empty for the last Quarter and I cannot make £25 per annum of it the rent Mr.Wingrave agreed to pay. I have a party who offers £20 for and will do what little papering &co inside that requires to be done. I don't think I can do better please say per return if I shall accept this offer".
