(a) Eagle on corner of Beale Street, Houghton Regis and two cottages adjoining;
(b) two messuages on Tower Hill alias Manchester Street, Luton, near Horse & Jockey, lately erected on site of two pulled down cottages and now in occupation of Francis Merchant
(c) eight cottages, four now being used as warehouses, at rear of (b)
