Consideration: £40 paid by 2) to 1), 1) grants to 2) - all that close of pasture (1.5 acres) in the parish of Oakley, near adjoining and belonging to a cottage or tenement of 1) called by the name of Bangers, which said cottage and close were late in the occupation of Philip Grundon and now of 1) - on two sides The ground of 2) North - The Common Street - also all that piece of ground (2p), being 4 feet in breadth, parcel of the yard or backside adjoining to the upper end of the said close and belonging to the said cottage or tenement on or towards the south side of the said cottage and the other part of the said yard or backside, as the said piece of ground is now staked and fenced out endorsed: receipt by 1) to 2) for £40 witnesses: John Yate, John Pearle, Mich: Dymoke seal: one applied (armorial) signature: mark of 1)
