Information of Daniel Miller of Biggleswade, Inspector for the Rural Sanitary Authority of the Biggleswade Union that Charles Leulou, Plant Dealer of Clifton, had not complied with the Byelaws of the Guardians of the Biggleswade Union by failing to deposit places of a certain public building then being erected, to wit a Chapel in the Parish of Clifton, in such manner as is in the Byelaw.
