    Trust Deed relating to The Village Barn Parties (i) Fanny Hickman of Rushings, Heath & Reach, widow (ii) Fanny Hickman, Leonard Jocelyn Lightbody of Heath Vicarage, Vicar of St.Leonard’s Heath & Reach and John Mossman Britten of Overend Green, Heath & Reach Recital That (i) held the freehold to the property Operative Part (i) conveys to (ii) in trust all that piece or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, formerly part of Town Farm and shown on included plan reserving the right of drainage to (i), (i)’s predecessors in title and owners and occupiers for the time being of the rest of Town Farm Habendum to (ii) in fee simple on trusts as follows: (a) (ii) shall apply to the Charity Commissioners for an Order resting the Trust premises in the Official Trustee of Charity Lands, the trustees then ceasing to be trustees and the premises then being administered by a Committee of Management; (b) the premises to be held for the recreation of the residents of the parish; (c) the Management Committee should consist of (i) and not more than fifteen others of whom seven should be elected at the Annual General Meeting, the remainder serving as representatives of the following organisations: the Parish Council; the Parochial Church Council; the Deacons of the Baptist Chapel; the Trustees of the Methodist Chapel; (d) an Annual General Meeting to be held each November from 1938; (e) all Committee members except (i) to retire annually and seek re-election; (f) powers to fill casual vacancies; (g) power for the Committee to allow members from new organisations set up in the parish; (h) power for the Committee to decide how to proceed when an organisation appointing a member ceases to exist; (i) Committee proceedings shall not be invalidated by vacancy or defect in appointment/qualification of members; (j) power for the Committee to amend rules; (k) payments for use and donations to be paid into Trust’s bank account; (l) discretion for Committee to use money for maintenance etc.; (m) power for the Trustees with Charity Commission consent to raise money by mortgage secured on the premises; (n) power to discontinue use of and to let or sell the premises if agreed by an Extraordinary Meeting; (o) in case of inconsistency between rules and regulations and conditions of the Trust Deed the latter should prevail.
