Concerning the patronage of any new church Whereas: new church or chapel has been built on that part of Luton known as Upper George Street and Dunstable, which church is shortly to be consecrated under the name of 'Christ Church'
Agreed: that patronage of the new church belongs to J.F. Baird and heirs etc.
