    Recites: Rev. John Jenkyn, heretofore John Osborn, formerly of Wootton afterwards of several other places, finally of Stevenage, was seised of the property, and by his will of 2 Feb. 1863, bequeathed to his wife, Augusta Mary £300 and devised all the rest of his estate to his sons, I, as tenants in common, appointing as his executors, I and Alfred Godwin of 3 Kings Bench Walk, Temple, London, gent. : Death of Jn. Jenkyn and probate, 27 March 1863. : The devisees sold the property at a public auction by Thos. and Geo. Greene, auctioneers, at the Swan Hotel, Bedford, at which the highest bidder for Lot 3 was II. Consid. £72. -Property as in P3/2/32, bounded N. by churchyard W. by Church End Road S. and E. by other property of II. Which messuage is now occ. as two tenements by Mary Billing, widow, and Jas.
