Theed Pearse the Elder. -Certain lands in the open fields of Wootton conveyed to 2 to such uses as 2 shall appoint with limitation to use of 3 in trust for 2 remainder to 2. 2-3 Oct. 1818 Recites : Wootton Enclosure Award by which in lieu of his uninclosed lands Robert Newland was allotted land in Polly Cross Field, 1a 3r 30p bounded N.E. by allotment to Martha Allen. S.E. Nic. Fitzpatrick. S.W. partly by Little Brook Road. N.W. partly by cottage etc. of Jas. King. (S.W. partly by inclosure and allotment of (N.W. Sir Wm. Long. N.W. partly by Bedford Road. May 1838. Consid. £20 -1 rood, parcel of the above allotment, comprising the entire frontage to the Bedford Road, extending from the said road south eastwards 76ft 6 ins, bounded: N.E. by allotment to Martha Allen. S.E. by remainder of allotment to Robert Newland from which this parcel is to be separated by a fence erected by Fred. Neale. S.W. by allotment to Sir W. Long. N.W. by Bedford Road. Declaration against dower by II. Wit. Theed Pearse. 11 February 1854
