- Scope and ContentReciting the death of JVM on 12 Jan 1864, his will being proved in PPR on 22 Mar 1864. Operative part - (i) conveyed to (iii) for £150 a cottage, paved yard and garden in Aspley Guise in occupation of Sam Chibnall, builder, with frontage to Woburn Road of 132 ft, the greater part of which was the estate of the Moore family and the other part was conveyed to J.V.Moore by deed of 29 Jan 1840 and bounded on west by road to Woburn, to south by property of (i) being lot 3 in particulars and conditions of sale, on north by property of Elizabeth Susanna Jackson and to east by property of George Hobbs.
