    Conveyance of an estate in Cardington. Parties: i) Thomas Colbye [wife Elizabeth] of Sherfeyld upon Lodon in the County of Southampton, Esquire ii) John Wynche of Norrell [Northill] in the County Of Bedford, gentleman. In consideration of £405 i) conveyed to ii) the following property: All messuage and tenement in Estecotes [Eastcotts] alias Cotton Ende alias Haeringes Ende [Harrowden] in the parish of Cardington in the County of Bedford late in the occupation of Henry Forster (to be reserved for Henry Forster at a rent of £7.6.8 for 16 years unexpired rent to John Wynche) and all the houses, edifices and buildings to the same belonging, with all his arable land, meadow and pasture. 1 pasture (6 acres); 1 pasture (2 acres); pasture called Nether Inlondes (10 acres); pasture called Goodcheapes (5 acres); pasture called Nuttesworth Hill (8 acres); diverse pieces of meadow called Fenlake meade (3 acres); diverse pieces of arable land in the fields of Cardington, Cotton Ende, Harroden and Fenlake (66 acres); cottage and buildings and land [detailed] belonging now or late in the occupation of William Whyte in Estecotes [Eastcotts] alias Cotton Ende alias Haeringes Ende [Harrowden]; close called Eastfeyle (15 acres) now or late in the occupation of William Yomans, (to be reserved for William Yomans at a rent of £6.6.8 for 3 years and two months unexpired rent to John Wynche)with all woods and trees (EXCEPT one close called Hares Stocking containing 9 acres). Free from all claims by Thomas Colby, Sir John Gascoigne or his son George Gascoigne.
