- Scope and ContentReciting the mortgage catalogued in PC Aspley Guise 4/6 on which £100 was still owing; and that RW paid £180 (£100 to JR and £80 to RK) and that JR at the direction of RK released to RW, with WH as trustee if necessary - (a) 30 poles of garden ground; (b) site of a pulled down tenement bounded on east by land late of the parish of Aspley Guise, now of William Fitz How, on west by land of Mary Farr, on north by a private road and on every other part by land of - Smith; (c) the newly erected tenement. Witnessed by William Harland, clerk to Mr.Green of Woburn, solicitor.
