Maintenance 1 shilling per week Includes confirmation that the sums paid will be reimbursed by the Overseers of Willington and endorsement that the maintenance has been paid dated 22 Nov 1781 Note on reverse that maintenance to be increased by 1 shilling a week for son, born 20 Dec 1781 (order dated Jan 1872)
