    22 July 1926 Vesting deed i) Francis Pelham Whitbread, The Brewery, Cheswell Street, London, Esq Rt Hon Ivo Francis Walter, Earl of Darnley (the trustees) ii) Samuel Howard Whitbread, Southill Park, Esq reciting settlement of 4 September 1867 by which certain hereditaments (as mentioned in first schedule) were settled on trusts under which ii) was tenant for life in possession Reciting settlement of 13 February 1903 by which certain hereditaments (as mentioned in second schedule) were settled on trusts under which ii) was tenant for life in possession i) were trustees of both settlements and of compound settlement for purposes of Settled Land Act 1925 now i) declare that all property in first sechedule (etc) are vested in ii) in fee simple, as were capable of being vested. Power to appoint new trustees 1st schedule Elstow Pear Tree Farm (occ. E Cranfield) O S no 86 5 August 1927 Deed of Declaration that F P Whitbread and John Edmund Martineau were trustees of the various settlements, the Earl of Darnley having died on 10 April 1927 27 October 1934 Vesting Deed i) Francis Pelham Whitbread Simon Whitbread John Edmund Martineau (the trustees) ii) Samuel Howard Whitbread Recting that ii) had requested i) to confirm the principal deed as regarded hereditaments in 2nd and 4th schedules to principal deed was witnessed that such of hereditaments mentioned in 2nd and 4th schedules and subject to trusts were vested in ii) in fee simple Power to appoint new trustees 1 July 1935 Vesting Deed i) Samuel Howard Whitbread (the father) ii) Simon Whitbread (the son) iii) F P Whitbread sd Simon Whitbread J E Martineau i) Conveyed to ii) - Freehold properties vested in i) as remained subject to the trusts of the respective settlements to hold in fee simple upon the trusts With power to ii) to appoint new trustees 29 October 1946 Deed of discharge made by Simon Whitbread and J E Martineau (trustees) Reciting death of F P Whitbread on 29 October 1941 Trustees declare that they are discharged from trusts of all and every of the settlements 5 February 1965 Conveyance i) Simon Whitbread (the father) ii) Samuel Charles Whitbread (son) Reciting marriage on 31 August 1961 between ii) and Jane Hayter when i) agreed that he would convey property to ii) in fee simple for his own use and benefit absolutely Now i) conveys to ii) - property in second schedule and all other freehold property vested in i) by documents in 1st schedule 1st schedule Above vesting deeds and deed of discharge 2nd schedule - part 4 - mansion house and lands etc in Wilstead parish O S no 86 6 May 1976 Memorandum.
