Memorandum of Transfer [formerly held at P 75/29/5] i) George Thomson Johnston, Vicar of Harlington John Warren Foll William John Buckmaster (Churchwardens of Harlington) For the time being Managers of the Harlington School ii) School Board for Harlington Proposed arrangement has been proposed by i) and assented to by ii) and on 16 October 1872 received the assent of 2/3rds of Body of Managers at a specially summoned meeting There are no annual subscribers to the School Proposed arrangement received the consent of the Education Department on 13 November 1872 Now it is agreed between i) and ii) that at expiration of present school year terminating on 31 December 1872 - all the interest in the School House vested in i) as trustees Be conveyed to ii) subject to following observations: that Minister and Churchwardens of Harlington reserve use of School House during such times as it shall not be required for School purposes, and also on one day in each year as selected by them Signatures of i) Witness Wm Henry Smith, Clerk to the Harlington School Board 6 March 1873
