As the result of a deed of separation 22 Dec. 1804 3 trustees have been appointed (John Walker of Eaton Socon, innholder; John Paxton of St. Neots, watchmaker; Wm. Pitts of the Strand, tobacconist) to whom all rents are to be paid.
