    Probate copy of will. - To son Thomas, all wearing apparel - To John Rogers and William Rogers, messuage in Harrold, close of land in Harrold field (both in testator's occupation), two cottages in Harrold in the occupation of son Thomas and Joseph Wooding, all other messuages, all other real and personal estate upon trust to sell, call in etc and then divide between all the testator's children - Thomas Mee, Ann the wife of John Coleman, Keziah the wife of Joseph Wooding, Elizabeth the wife of Hugh Murphy Rignall and Martha Mee in equal shares and proportions as tenants in common provided nevertheless that the share and proportion of Martha Mee shall exceed the share of any other of the children by five pounds. John and William Rogers named joint executors each to receive the sum of two guineas for their trouble. Witnesses: John Garrard, attorney, John Iliffe (clerk to Mr Garrard) and Joseph Robinson.
