From: 1786 To: 1786
Scope and Content
This will supercedes X933/4 and is probably that proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. It was folded and posted to Mrs Ann Peers.
- To son Thomas, one guinea only
- To son James, messuage and appurtenances in Harrold now in his own occupation and known formerly by the sign of the Red Lion
- Residue of real and personal estate to daughter Ann Peers, wife of Henry Peers
Ann Peers named sole executor.
It is likely that PROB11/1156 folios 353-402 at the National Archives at Kew is the registered copy of the probate will.
