- To son James, messuage in his occupation called by the name of the Red Lion
- To son Thomas, five cottages in Harrold adjoining to each other and in the occupations of Joseph Hartwell, labourer, Ann Allen widow, said son Thomas (which Thomas already has by deed of gift dated 27 February 1771), Mary Hardwick singlewoman and Ruth Craxford, widow. Chargeable for the sum of 30 pounds to be paid to son James within 12 months of testator's decease.
- To daughter Ann, wife of Henry Pearse, cottage with appurtenances in Brook Lane, Harrold called the Workhouse, for her natural life without 'any intermedling of the said Henry Pearse nor subject to the debts or controul of Henry Pearse,' rents to Ann only. If Ann dies leaving issue sons James and Thomas to administer in trust for Ann's children until the youngest be 21 years of age, if Ann's children should die before 21 but leaving lawful issue then in trust for them. If Ann survives Henry Pearse then cottage to Ann immediately on decease of her husband, Henry Pearse.
- To daughter Ann, all wearing apparel both linen and woollen but desire her to give some part to each of daughters Kezia and Ann the wives of James and Thomas.
- To daughter Ann, four post bedstead with red and white furniture, one feather bed bolster pillows and other necessaries belonging to same, (sheets and pillow drawers excepted).
- Equally between Ann Pearse, Kezia Mee and Ann Mee, linen sheets, pillow drawers, table cloths, napkins or other linen not wearing apparel.
Residue equally to sons James and Thomas who are named joint executors. Will to be kept by good friend William Eyles of Harrold.
