    Rich. Hull, junr. Aged 44; w's. name Ann; 3 chn.; 3 other chn. by former wife; born St. Pauls, father living there under a cert. from Kempston. Has lived the greatest part of his time in St. Pauls, first as a hired servant by the year with Mr. Odell & Spenceley, being then unmarried. Since his marriage he has been a householder in the parish for many years and paid land tax for 9 years firstly for a house in the Church Alley and then for a house in Stonehouse Lane, and has also paid the Church and poor rates. Last year he served in the office of a field driver for 1 year for the town of Bedford being sworn into the office by the Town Clerk before the Mayor and Bailiffs of the Corporation at an adjourned Sessions. He has not served in any other office except that of 'Aletaster, flesh sampler & fish searcher", or rented £10 a year.
