    i) has contructed a school known as the Pinchmill School and has agreed with ii) the provision of the Hall and facilities described in the schedule to be used jointly by the public and the parties to this agreement ii) shall contribute £11, 810 towards cost ii) to determine all matters relating to the school outside School hours Joint Management Committee to be established Committee may use Hall between 4 - 5 p.m by arrangement with HeadTeacher and between 10 - 4 by arrangement with Head Teacher and School Managers ii) to determine scale of charges and shall pay to Treasurer of i) such sums as representing the Council's expenditure for heating, lightong, redecoration, repairing and rates furniture and fittings (except school physical education equipment and fittings) to be available for use to Hall users outside school hours free of charge School and PTA to have priority for use of hall for up to 4 evenings each school term To be Joint Management Committee of 7 members i) to be responsible for maintenance subject to reimbursement of cost Sig of R Corder Schedule - Hall at Pinchmill School - Committee Room, Cloakrooms, Toilets, Village Hall Store and entrance lobby
