    Lease for 21 years; at annual rent of 2s.: John Hornbuckle, an alderman of Bedford, and John Hill of Bedford. -- A piece of ground or yard (fenced in and divided from the yard belonging to the house formerly in occ. of Wm Mayes and now John Weldon, butcher) in the Fish Market in parish of St. Paul, and next to the house of the said Duke in occ. of John Hornbuckle, [measurements given]; and also a "nook" or piece of ground which turns from the S. end of the said piece and goes up to dwelling house of said John Weldon, (now built upon and used as outhouse).
