- messuage in the occupation of Richard Cave stands opposite a street called the fishmarket fronting towards the north, the river Ouse running at the bottom of the yard and coal yard towards the south, a public house calle the Ship part of the premises designed to be conveyed towards the west.
- messuage in the occupation of James Chamberlain known by the name of the Ship having the house inhabited by the said Richard Cave to the East, the vicarage house in the occupation of Thomas Impey towards the West, the common highway north and the river Ouse south.
