    Deposition: Lawrance Theed, Woburn, innholder. 1678 G.D. came to his house in early morning, said he had been at house of Jn. Burke, 'was never soe drunke in his life', and had lost his horse, coat and hat. The Informacon of Laurence Theed of Woburne in the County of Bedd Inholder taken upon oath the 7th day of May Anno dni 1678 before me Thomas Snagge Esqr one of his Mates Justices of the peace for the said County This Informant saith that George Deeremor came to his house upon tuesday betweene five and sixe of clocke in the morninge, and this informant asked the said Deeremar, where hee had beene, whoe answeared him at John Burte of Sitlington, and did further say to this informant that hee was never soe drunke in his life as he was yesterday, in soe much, that hee had left his horse his Coate and his hatt, his horse beinge of colour, a browne bay, with a white in his face, and further saith not, Tho Snagg
