The assets of the Council were as follows; - Land at Folly Lane used as allotments - Land at Edgecote Close used as a playground - Land at Elm Avenue used as a playground - Land at Manor Road used as Caddington Recreation Centre (under a 99 year peppercorn lease) - The Green at Caddington (Common Land) - Two small pieces of amenity land at Crosslands - Small piece of amenity land at Holly Farm Close (All the above are in Caddington Ward) - Small piece of amenity land at Old School Walk, - Small piece of amenity land at Claydown way (Both in Slip End Ward) Chairman's chain of office Records including minute books etc
