To omit from the purchase that portion of the property situate in Sheep Lane [probably Red Cow Beer Shop, Potsgrove] deducting from the purchase money such sum as Mr.Collier shall value the same at 120. That whereas the repairs of the Beershop would have required a certain portion of the 250 agreed to be expended in repairs; upon consideration of the 250 still remaining for repairs Mr.C.Reeve will agree to pay a rental of 400 per annum for the portion of the property leased to him and that I will forego the right to insist upon the requirements as to the Titles to the piece of Land adjoining Sun Close and the Duke's Head except as to the administration refer'd to. Query am I fairly entitled to any compensation for such alteration in the contract, or for any expence incurr'd in the investigation of the Title of the Sheep Lane property
