    Assignment of Term of 1000 Years to Attend the Inheritance Parties: (i) Sir Robert Westley, Alderman of City of London, (sole executor of will of Richard Sayer, formerly of Hadley [Middlesex], afterwards of Guildford [Surrey], genleman, deceased) and Dame Elizabeth, his wife; (ii) Thomas Gilpin of St.Clement Danes [Middlesex], goldsmith; (iii) Robert Elliott of Gutter Lane, London, goldsmith Reciting: - indenture 27 Feb 1711 [1712] in which (1) Francis West, citizen and haberdasher of London, nephew and heir of Francis West, formerly of St.Martin in the Fields [Middlesex], haberdasher, then of Hockliffe, gentleman, deceased conveyed as mortgage security to (2) Richard Johnson of St.Sepulchre, London, salter for a loan of 200 Northmead, Francis West, deceased's land in Hockliffe bieng the Sitch Fields, Winterbourne Meadow and Farm Close containing together 34 acres for term of 1,000 years with proviso for redemption; - further advance of 25 Jul 1712 of 100 from Richard Johnson to Francis West secured on the same land; - further advance of 6 Mar 1716 [1717] of 90 from Richard Johnson to Francis West secured on same land; - assignment of mortgage of 27 Nov 1719 between (1) Richard Johnson; (2) Francis West and Sir Peter King, Lord Chief Justice of Court of Common Pleas; (3) Benjamin Whiten of St.Andrew, Holborn [Middlesex], gentleman; reciting that Francis West had borrowed 800 from Sir Peter King of which part was used to pay off mortgage to Richard Johnson, the rest to be assigned to Benjamin Whiten in trust for the benefit of Sir Peter King; witnessing that (1), at request of (2) assigned the land in Hockliffe to (3) for remainder of term of 1,000 years in trust for Sir Peter King; - conveyance of 12 Mar 1722 [1723] between (1) Benjamin Whiten and Sir Peter King; (2) Francis West; (3) Robert Westley, citizen Ann merchant tailor of London; (4) Richard Sayer; reciting that Sir Peter King had advanced further money to Francis West and that Robert Westley had repaid the loans made by Sir Peter King and that Sir Peter King's trustees, Thomas Woodford of Threadneedle Street, London, gentleman and Henry Bendysh of St.Andrew, Holborn, gentleman had conveyed the mortgage security to Robert Westley; witnessing that (1) assigned remainder of term of years to (4) in trust for (3); - release of 6 Nov 1744 between (1) Sir Robert Westley and Elizabeth his wife; (2) Allison Beasley of St.Michael, Cornhill [Middlesex], woolen draper, surviving trustee of marriage settlement of Robert and Elizabeth Westley; (3) Thomas Gilpin in which (1) and (2) released the fields in Hockliffe to (3); - will of Richard Sayer of 1 Jun 1741 leaving, amongst other things, a legacy of 20 to Sir Robert Westley, whom he made his sole executor, making no demise of the term of years.
