- purchase price to include satisfaction and compensation for damage etc. caused by severance of said premises from any other property of (i) or by reason of any other such property being injuriously affected by exercise of any of the statutory powers of the (ii);
- (i) acknowledged right of (ii) to production of documents as in schedule
