Will of Joseph Garrett of Wilshamstead, yeoman of 13 Dec 1794: - all real estate in Wilshamstead to his brother Thomas Garrett and, after his death, to testator's nephew Joseph Garrett (son of Thomas); - 20 to his sister Sarah Bull; - his clock, buffet, chest of drawers and beds, bedding and household linen, pewter, brass and other furniture that belonged to their late mother when she and the testator married to John Sugars and Elizabeth White, widow to be divided between them equally; - residue of his personal estate to his brother Thomas who he nominated sole executor; - witnessed by Richard Lovesey, Elias Barns [by mark] and Isaac Kendall Probate of 25 Jun 1796 in Archdeaconry Court of Bedford
