Statutory Declaration by Francis George Butler, solicitor in firm of Wilkinson, Butler & Wilkinson of St.Neots [Huntingdonshire]: - his firm acted, in 1889, for trustees of will of 12 Mar 1889 of Christopher Hall, late of Cross Hall, Eaton Socon, farmer, deceased in the probate and winding up the estate, including the Cambridgeshire Hunter, Eynesbury, by sale; - the personal estate of Christopher Hall proved insufficient for investing in several sums of 4,000 and 4,000 as directed by the will and Cambridgeshire Hunter was sold to raise the necessary sums The Statutory Declaration was made as part of the sale from Anstee to Wells as noted on the front of the document
