    Deed of Attornment of William Williams of Thurleigh, victualler Reciting: - WL1000/1/THUR/1/12; - WL1000/1/THUR/1/14; - Benjamin Jefferies and Edward Wildman had, since death of John Gale, paid 130 to Robert Jeffries in part payment of WL1000/1/THUR/1/12; - 170 was still owing to Robert Jeffries with 14/7/- interest; - Robert Jeffries had filed a Declaration in Ejectment against William Williams, tenant in possession of Trefoil Public House and recovered possession at a cost of 14; - William Williams agreed to pay Robert Jeffries the 14/7/- arrears of interest and the 14 costs and agreed to attorn and become tenant of Robert Jeffries Operative Part: - William Williams attorned, becoming tenant of Robert Jeffries from 11 Oct 1821 of messuage, tenement, yard, orchard, outbuildings, allotment or piece of ground in Church End, Thurleigh known as Trefoil Public House at yearly rent of 9/6/- Witnesses: - Francis[?] John Budd; - William Hurst
