    Assignment of Mortgage Parties: (i) Ezra Eagles of Ampthill, gentleman; (ii) William Payne of Sundon, yeoman and Ann his wife; (iii) Samuel Skevington of Turvey, farmer; Ebenezer Malden of Bedford, banker (trustees and executors named in will of Thomas Stewart, late of Bedford, maltster and corn factor, deceased of 23 Jul 1818) Recitals: - WL1000/1/SUND/1/7; - WL1000/1/SUND/1/11; - (ii) had lately built new premises on the property; - (i) had called in the debt and (ii) had approached (iii) to pay it and advance them a further 45 Operative Part: - (iii) paid 105 to (i) and 45 to (ii) secured on (a)-(b) the 150 mortgage being charged at 5% interest Property: (a) cottage in Green End, Sundon, now used as a public house by sign of White Hart in occupation of William Payne; (b) two tenements in occupation of James Higgs and John Warner lately built by (ii) Witnesses: - John Eagles of Ampthill, solicitor; - Thomas Stratford, clerk to Eagles & Son Endorsement: - repayment of mortgage on 30 Jun 1847 to Samuel Lovell and William White, both of Bedford, executors (along with Thomas Street of Harrowden) named in will of Ebenezer Malden (who survived Samuel Skevington)
