To his son William the copyholding in Langforth and £4 in money.
To son Rolyn testator's horses, carts and ploughs with their gear and 10 quarters of barley, and all testator's goods not otherwise bequeathed.
If his wife remarry, then son Rolyn is to have testator's house with all the burgages, and his household stuff is to be divided into two parts, of which testator's wife to have one, and the other to be divided between sons Rolynd and William.
Executors to be wife Agnes and William Claghton, the latter to have 3s. 4d.., and William Lapyge vicar of Olde Warden to be Supervisor.
Witnesses John Radwell, Robart Stewarde, John Cadwell.
His wife Annes is to have the house where testator lives with the burgages in the town of Begelswad.
