Grantham to Draper, [abstract] Stedman dead, Mr. Waddilove buried him as decently as possible. Nothing was due to him but his wages for February and his profits on last journey to Paris. Draper to inform relatives and "to acquaint them with my concern and satisfaction at his behaviour with me." Sent his watch and some personal effects to J. Lambert. Family likely to ignore the woman unless she can prove a marriage.
