Draper to Frederick Robinson Encloses own and Sneyd's accts. Balance in Frederick Robinson's favour of £880.8.8. Would lay out some, but cannot as necessary to keep at least £500 in Boldero's hands to answer demands arising before more money received. "But I hope in God the parliament will meet early and provide for the Civil List Debt, and the parliament in Ireland will find some means of discharging the heavy arrears in every dept. in that Kingdom."
