- TitleDraper to Grantham Sorry could not conveniently draw less than £500 a month. Lord North has brought question of the arrears before Parliament, Draper dreaded the consequences had he not done so. Ordinaries and extraordinairies paid up to Lady Day 1774, Grantham in debt to Draper for £211 8.11., but Nesbit and he have money to pay immediately outstanding bills. Grantham may be surprised at article in accts. (not found) for binding Edmonson's 'Peerage', but when I found that the value of that book was raised, from the scarcity of complete sets, to £30 or Guineas, I thought it worthwhile to complete yours and have it bound to preserve it. Mr. Waddilove will set out when the hot weather is over. Glad Grantham recovered from a sprain.
