St. Andrew the best port. Roads to Madrid the best maintained (as wool trade from Castille to St. Andrew encouraged), the sea-passage shortest, friends there could forward everything to Madrid. When Grantham has decided to depart, whether to St. Andrew, and with what baggage and how many servants they suggest that a lump sum could be agreed, and arrangements could be made for mules etc.
