Agneta, Lymington to Baroness Grantham Discusses the hot weather, and hopes it has improved Lord Grantham's gout. Informs her of their entertainment, including evening walks and morning rides. However she thinks that their rural entertainment cannot compete with London. The country has improved her daughter's health, and she now walks 3 miles in the morning, and rides 16 to 20 miles in the late afternoon. Charles informed her that Lord Hardwicke leaves Bath this week. She has heard that Lady Yorke is to go to the birthday party, and that Miss Forbes is to marry Mr Pole.
